Welcome to Seen Talent Academy (STA). By making a transaction with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. At STA, we are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students, staff, and volunteers. This commitment includes ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved in our programs.

1. Right to Refund

If you decide to cancel your enrollment at STA, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of payment to receive a full refund, except in cases where your first class is scheduled to start within 30 days of purchase. To cancel your enrollment, you must notify us by email at hello@seentalentmanagement.co.uk or through any other clear and explicit communication stating your wish to withdraw.

To meet the cancellation deadline, your notice of cancellation must be sent before the 14-day period expires or before the start of your first class if it is within 30 days of purchase. If you are not eligible for a refund, STA will consider the option of moving your enrollment to an alternate term, effective for up to one year from the date of purchase. All term fees must be paid in full before the term begins.

2. Changes to Class Schedule

STA reserves the right to change the date, time, or location of classes in situations where we are unable to deliver the scheduled classes as planned. In such cases, we will inform all students/participants of any alternative dates, times, or changes in location.

3. Effects of Cancellation

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the reimbursement no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice via email. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

4. Exception to the Right of Cancellation

Please note that you cannot cancel your enrollment or withhold payment if the delivery of classes has already started upon your request and with your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right to cancellation.
